can send with gmail

sorry Gary, but I can send an email to that address using gmail. I can't
send mail to any address with windows mail....

A company named Network Solutions is the master authority for
all .COM domains. Go here http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp
and enter bcdsde.com. It shows that the domain was renewed on Nov. 9,
apparently from an expired registration. When an expired domain name is
renewed, it can take up to 24 hours before all DNS servers are aware of it.

So, yes, the domain is valid now, but it wasn't for a couple of days.
Try sending again. I assume you had no trouble sending to other
recipients. That's usually a strong clue that there's something wrong
with that one recipient.
