System Restore

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi guys and girls,
My name is Bella
I have a problem and think somebody can help me out.
My desktop -Dell “Studio 540”
Operating system -Window Vista Ultimate 32 bit SP 2.
Norton 360 security system -We’ve thoroughly checked your computer and it look great!
Tune Up Utilities 2012 and Malwarebytes can’t find nothing wrong with computer, but no matter how many
Times I tried - “System Restore did not complete successfully. an unspecified error
Occurred during system restore. Your computer files and setting were not changed.
I run SFC/SCANNOW and window resource protection found corrupt files, but was not able to fix
Some of them. But when I type in command prompt : findstr/c:”[SR]”%windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log>%user profile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt Respond was:
FindSTR : Cannot open 12\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt
C=\windows\system32>
Chkdsk\r
I tried to run System Restore in Safe mode, and tried to disable Norton security system, but result was the same. I find “sfcdetails.txt” file on my desktop
I upload file sfcdetails:

Hi guys and girls,
Hi Lottiemansion, Rich46

I work as electrical troubleshooter. It is reason why, I am never giving up.

I THINK MY PROBLEM resolved “System Restore did not complete successfully. an unspecified error
Occurred during system restore. Your computer files and setting were not changed.
I run SFC/SCANNOW and found corrupt files,
When I type in command prompt : findstr/c:”[SR]”%windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log>%user profile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt Respond was:
FindSTR : Cannot open 12\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt
I had the same problem on my laptop computer only with small difference. When I type in command prompt : findstr/c:”[SR]”%windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log>%user profile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt. And type sfcdetails.txt in Search programs and press Enter,it open “ SFCDETAILS.TXT” Are You see difference. After it I made some research on Window Vista Forum and find very interesting suggesting
By SpywareDr (Window BBS team member)- instead of command
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"
Note the two added double-quotes. After it it was a peanuts. When I did it, file “SFCDETAILS”
Opened . I used “REIMAGE” and after member file “TCPMON.INI” were replaced, I opened Norton 360
And disabled Tamper protection. Right now Back up and Restore working perfectly well.
By the way “REIMAGE” (reimageplus.com) fixes every error, crash, freeze and it reverses the damage already done with a full database of replacement files . I paid for it $99, but right now with coupon code
CON 20 it cost -$55.96 and it is worst every penny.
Regards,
Boris.
