| | Ok, so I prefer to keep the UAC turned off...recently I've noted that it turns itself back on, at will! I think I've narrowed this mysteriousness down to Windows Defender, however, I cannot find a way to keep Windows Defender enabled with the possibility to keep it from messing with the UAC settings. Argh! The ONLY thing I've found was that you can disable UAC via msconfig via startup...but that's not what I'm looking for. I've gone to the MS website (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/bb629436.aspx) and have asked everyone I know...does anyone in this forum have any tips? |
