| | Is their any program that you can download which can simulate Vista Glass. My computer meets all the requirements for the really thing, but my Laptops SIS 760GX graphics card is only Pixel Shader 1.5 and 64mb. Any programs which can simulate it? Thanks |

| It is but i tried looking online and a true-to-original Vista theme is really hard to come by.

| | If you just want the Glass look this should do it for you basically just a little patching proggy i hear it works nicely though. http://www.codegazer.com/vistaglazz.htm Of course you won't get any of the fancy Aero/Flip3D action with it.

| I downloaded that a while ago and it worked a treat on allowing transparency on maximised windows, but I dont think it creates the glass effect on non aero computers.

Asus-SLI Deluxe, AMD x2 4400 (oc'd to 5000), x1900xtx (oc'd), 2GB Corsair XMS RAM 2-3-3-6 (4x512), 500GB Maxtor HDD w/ 32mb cache, 300GB Maxtor HDD w/ 16mb cache, Creative Audigy 4 (Daniel Driver Set), HVR-1100 Dvb-t hybrid TV card, 580W Hiper Type M PSU. 5.0 score on Vista Ultimate x64, 6040 3DMark 06' score on XP |

| | I just installed it on my sisters Home Basic machine and it gave her a nice "Glass" look but of course you do need a display adapter (graphics card) that will run it. I have used the old regedit tweak on other machines to folks that say it does not work well it has for me everytime. Of course you don't get Flip and whatnot. Enable Aero Glass
Regedit: HKCU/Software/Microsoft/Windows/DWM/

Right click Command Prompt and run as admin:
