| | Programfiles/CoD4/temp/bulinfo.sys'file creationfailure. this is the error message my friend gets when installing cod4 any ideas? |

| You can't write to ProgramFiles unless you either have (1) an application written specifically for Vista that understands security elevation rules, or (2) select Run as Administrator when you install the game in order to invoke the Trusted Installer process.

| | Would it work to just make a new folder right off the C:// perhaps named cod4 and just run the installer in that folder? |

| Probably not. You have to Run as Administrator to do the installation for SW not written expressly for Vista.
