| Hmm, following the links I eventually ended up at this download page. It wants to download an .exe file most likely an installer itself. 7-zip should have nothing to do with it.

[Moderator] What has your post got to do with the codec package. Are you saying that there is a commercial version that offers more features than the freeware download?
Plus, what's this about Vista Ultimate x128. There are only 32-bit and 64-bit versions; no such thing as a 128-bit version.

| | Jason, can not thank you enough for this one. I wanted to play a movie the other night and it would play at all. The suggestion was to get newer video drivers, which there none for me anyway. Download this program, installed it,and played the movie like clock work. I say job well done and thank you!!!!! |

The site that has the most current links is majorgeeks.com. Suggest you check that site for the new codec packages.
