Hello,

I've got a very annoying problem.
When I'm using my PC (doesn't matter which programs I use), the screen
suddenly freezes. The mouse and keyboard aren't responding anymore, and if I
have music on, it keeps on repeating the last second or so.
It happens almost daily, and I don't know what to do about it.

When it happens I hear the thing with the power button (don't know how it's
called in English) makes a louder sound.

Could this be a hardware or a software problem?
I've reinstalled my Windows 3 times or so, but it doesn't go away.

Should I just bring my PC back to the store, or is there something I can do
about it?

Thanks.

Hi Ramy,

If it's new and under warranty, bring it back to the shop. There is a good
chance that this is a hardware issue and you should insist on it being fixed
without your having to go through hoops to get it done.
