I have a client who has to connect to her office using her Windows Vista
laptop, which has RDC 6 installed. She is unable to connect part of the time,
but can sometimes connect successfully.
There really are no more details to give you. Um... she is using an IP
address to connect... and uh... that's it.
What can we do to make this work 100% of the time.
