| I believe they are going to release Halo 2 for PC at the same time Halo 3 is released for the 360. It makes perfect marketing sense. First they released Halo 2 on the xbox, got all the xbox owners to purchase it, then when Halo 3 comes around MS knows that all the xbox owners will again purchase Halo 3, so they will released Halo 2 for the pc after all the potential market in the console area is gone for Halo 2 and they will see how much more money they can gain from the pc users.
Its the same concept of coming out with a new high priced product. It's priced high to get the target demographic which can afford to pay that much. Then after a while the price is reduced to get the slightly lower income levels. Therefore maximizing sales revenue.
