Dont know if anyone has done this yet but to stop all the security warnings and be in full admin mode do this. Btw this is on build 5744, should work on others too.

run command-msconfig-tools tab-click computer management-launch.

double click system tools-double click users-double click administrator-give it a full name (different than any other account name).

Click apply-ok-close computer management.

Now while you still have msconfig open click the selective startup then uncheck the load startup items(this will speed up your reboot time and youll have less processes running in the back ground, i have 37 after doing this)

Now click apply then ok then reboot. Now you have 2 accounts to log into, log into the one you just gave a new name to( the admin account). Enjoy

This seems to work for me pretty good so far. If anyone has any replys to this please do so, im still learning VISTA also, thanks. Please reply to this to let ppl know if it works for you and what build number your using.

All you've done is create a huge security hole in your system. Have fun getting hacked.
