I REINSTALL WINDOWS ON TOP OF MY OLD ONE CAUSE I WAS TOO LAZY TO BURN ALL THE
STUFF I NEED NOW THAT I GOT MY LAPTOP RUNNING THE WAY I WANT TO I WANT TO
KNOW IF I CAN DELETE THE OLD WINDOWS FROM MY COMPUTER OR WILL IT HARM MY
SYSTEM

If you performed a repair install...
there is no other windows folder to delete.

If you did a parallel install...
then yes, you can delete your old Windows folder.

Your original folder would probably be : Windows

your 2nd install would probably be Window.000

yeah my original says windows and the old one says old windows so its safe
if i delete the old one now that i have everything i needed on the new one

Yes that's right...the old one is the one you want to delete...

The folder name info I gave you was incorrect for Vista (I was somehow
thinking of the older versions of Windows)
sorry!

Anyway you figured it out

Might want to rename the folder you intend to delete fisrt and re boot
system to see if all works well? If so then I would say it is alright to
delete that folder. Hope this helps?
