New Vista Tool announced---the File Transfer program, all beefed up. It will move entire applications from an XP PC to a Vista PC with a cable or network. I can only assume it will do direct drive-to-drive transfers in dual-boot machines. No announcement as I can see though whether it will be included or you gotta pay extra.
