Can we clean the new file menu (when you right-click on the desktop there a new sub menu, it's that menu than I'm talking about). In XP, we just need to go to the template folder in Documents and Setting\All user but in vista, there no file in this folder! Where are they ?

I believe the path you are looking for is at:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\ (Note: There is no space in ProgramData.)

Just FYI, if you right click on "All Programs" in the new start menu, you can explore the entries for all users.

Regards,

Darian
