When i am connected to my office network i have to give a specific network detials and to connect to Internet i have to give different network details.

Like for example,

i have to use the following details to connected to my Office LAN

IP:10.115.30.95
subnet mask:255.255.0.0
Gateway:10.115.30.1

To connect to internet, i have to use the below details,

IP:192.168.1.12
Subnet mask:255.255.255.0
Gateway:192.168.1.1

DNS:59.179.243.70
Alt DNS:203.94.243.70

i tried to route my office LAN  by using the below command,

route -p add 10.115.30.0 mask 255.255.0.0 10.115.30.1

but in vain , i was able to access only internet.

Please tell me a way to access both internet as well as LAN simultaneously.
