| | my laptop was an HP PAvilion dv6 with windows vista as original operating system but i converted it to windows xp professional(5.1.2600) and my audio is IDT High Definition. i have a problem with my audio in chatroom. it become scratchy and no one can clearly hear me when i try to use the mic but when i listen to music or watching movie i dont experience any problem with my audio. only when im in chatroom that it become scratchy. is this the effect of converting my operating system from vista to xp. is there anyone can help me. thanx in advance. |

First, this subforum is for general discussions, not for technical support. So, if you have a technical problem you need solved, you need to post it in the appropriate subforum.
Second, according to what you said, you replaced Vista with XP. This is not an XP support forum; it's strictly for Vista-related problems.
