I had similar problem with COMCAST & Windows Live mail... but after few hours
on trying I found solution... it worked for me...

(use this link, everything is same except instruction13)
....in 13 select Log on using
- write your user name and your password
- select Remember password
- Click OK
....maybe is stupid but worked for me, try it!
Everything else is same with instruction!
