| I want to disable internet connection in Firewall for some programs... well
well tell what I do disable/enable internet conn, when :
1)Firewall ON or OFF
2)In Exceptions the software title is ticked or un-ticked?
tell me for all combinations? i-conn is disabled or enabled for the particular program?

allow program through windows firewall
Exceptions
tick/untick 2)Step 1: On the Windows Vista-based computer, click Start, type Windows Firewall with Advanced Security. In the console tree, click Outbound Rules. Step 2: Then just follow the steps in adding the program you don’t want to access the internet or to give it full interrupted access. You must configure both Inbound and Outbound

| when disable ICF this is for updates, or normal operation of program ? I want only for updates, what do?
