| I want to disable internet connection in Firewall for some programs... well well tell what I do disable/enable internet conn, when : 1)Firewall ON or OFF 2)In Exceptions the software title is ticked or un-ticked? tell me for all combinations? i-conn is disabled or enabled for the particular program?

| when disable ICF this is for updates, or normal operation of program ? I want only for updates, what do?
