| | Every time my computer starts, I get a nag saying an incompatible display adapter has been disabled. The display works just fine, so I obviously don't even need that adapter. I have tried several times to uninstall it, but Vista puts it right back so it will have an excuse to keep nagging. Not sure, but think the only reason that adapter is on my computer may be from an attempt (about a year ago) to set up the use of two monitors. The main point is: I don't need it, don't want it, but stubborn Vista insists on keeping it so it can keep nagging. Tell me how to give Vista an attitude adjustment! |

| As long as that adapter is resident in your system, Vista will attempt to enable it. The only way to remove the nagging is to physically remove the adapter.
