| In the General Technical subforum, we have a pinned post on repairing corrupted or missing system files. You need to read and apply that post.
As to the driver, your best bet is the manufacturer's site of whomever made the CD/DVD drive. Would advise staying away from any of the driver wizard programs. Most of them are a scam and some actually damage your computer.
