| | | | I got a dos emulator to play old dos games. I mount my root directory and
saw folders
that were created prior to my last installation of Vista which was on
9/29/2209.
I even see a folder with a creation date of created of 11/2/2006!
In the installation of Vista Basic I selected the Format option.
If Vista performed format why do I see some folders with creation dates
prior
to my formatting my hard drive?

The year for the format is 2009, if you haven't figured that out.
