| | VIA HD Audio Deck came with my motherboard. It worked well on xp but when i upgraded to vista and installed it again it stops the sound from working. when i try to test the sound it says failed to play test tone and there is no sound at all but when VIA HD Audio Deck is not installed it works normal. is there anyway to make the audio work with VIA HD Audio Deck installed |

| Since the problem vanishes when you remove the app, unless someone here has specific experience troubleshooting this problem, you will have to contact the vendor of this app to fix it.
