Avast runs great in Vista, 32 and 64 bit so you just need one link... http://www.avast.com

Run Windows Live OneCare at moment - I know its putting all the eggs in Microsofts basket - but seems very good so far.

Tried Norton 360 beta - sloooooow!

I use bitdefender antivirus plus.  They have a new version written for VISTA.  If you have the XP version, the upgrade is free.  I like bitdefender a lot.  Its very customizable and not as "intrusive" as Norton.
