| hi all,i am just curious as to what each and everyone of you are using currently as virus protection,i am using trend micro 14 which is specifically designed for vista,as i was directed to download this from microsoft themselves it is a trial version which runs out in october.regards ALLAN |

| nothing on vista. the only thing it does is slowing down the computer. on xp I use AVG because it's free. I used norton antivirus but that make the pc run sloooow.

Awil have updated Avast! so it now works with Vista RC1.

| | I use bitdefender antivirus plus. They have a new version written for VISTA. If you have the XP version, the upgrade is free. I like bitdefender a lot. Its very customizable and not as "intrusive" as Norton. DeeJay |

| Avast didnt work well at all w/ my vista ultimate x64 all kind of rights/permissions problems on files.
