Hello,
I will try to explain my problem with some picture
first of all, i use 'Toshiba laptop Satellite A200-1BJ'

I have problem with the modem that windows could not detect it,when i
try to setup new connaction i had problem sayid "windows could not
detect a dial-up modem".

I try to fix the problem device from device manager. I didnt find any
problem, i try do query for modem and give me this log.

Hi Deb,

I have exactly the same problem. Did you get an answer and get your
modem up and working again? I even bought an external modem and hooked
it up and lo & behond, it ended up with the same error. It has to be a
Vista problem.
