| keeps just reseting when it feels like totaly doin me head in, not an old pc n dont know what to do...

| | Well, judging by your OS version, you probably don't have Vista SP1, which can be downloaded via Windows Update or alternatively here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=B0C7136D-5EBB-413B-89C9-CB3D06D12674&displaylang=en However, on that page it quite clearly states: DO NOT CLICK DOWNLOAD IF YOU ARE UPDATING JUST ONE COMPUTER: A smaller, more appropriate download is available on Windows Update. If a message keeps coming up on your computer that looks like the one below then click on it. Follow the step-by-step instructions-- it should be solved in no time.
