| Have no clue whether this is a video card issue, an Nvidia GEForce 8400M GT; an issue with the laptop itself; or the fact that it has Vista (I'm leaning heavily toward this one). What occurs is when I try to play a video off any site; be it youtube, Yahoo, TMZ, etc. it is badly pixelated. Looks like my cable tv does when the signal is weak. I have tried ripping the video to the hard drive and that does not help. It occurs no matter the player; vlc, Flash, Windows Media Player etc. It is most obvious when trying full screen mode but you can see it in a normal screen as well. My pc at work with XP and on board video works fine; thus my leaning toward a Vista issue.
I have the above mentioned video card, 3gb of ram, core 2 duo 2.0 processor.
Any thoughts?

| This is most probably a codec issue, since all the players will end up using the same codec for a video file. Suggest you check the MajorGeeks site for codec packs.
