| I having a real problem, i don't know if i have had a virus or what is going on but, i have even tried to go back to my factory settings and it wont work, i cant uninstall anything, i have lost the adobe acrobat, its still there but wont work. everything is crazy. i have run my virus scan and it comes up clean. I hope someone reads this I going nuts here ....

Do you mean you tried a System Restore? If so, what happened. Saying it didn't work doesn't help much.

What happens when you try to uninstall something? Give an example of an application you're trying to uninstall. How are you attempting that?

Presume you mean Acrobat Reader. What version is it?

What product are you running -- Windows Defender? Or do you have a different antivirus product? If so, what version?
