| Vista provided windows defender, which might be able to do that, and MS provides the Malicious Software Removal Tool (MSRT) through routine Windows Updates -- which is probably a better tool.
There are freeware products available and trial versions of commercial products.
Suggest you check the majorgeeks website. They have freeware and trial product downloads organized by categories. You could download and install all the major products (one at a time, of course, removing each one before you install the next) and see which ones work the best for you.
