I get this error when I click the Install Now button:

This computer does not have enough space for temporary files. Windows installation needs at least 392 megabytes (MB) of space on any partition for temporary files. To install Windows, free enough space and restart the installation.

Error code: 0x80070103

How do I free enough space, I have over 75GB free space on my hard dive partition 1 and over 29GB free on my hard drive partition 2

Looks like you're trying to install Windows. You can't do that inside an existing partition because that's not "free space". You will have to shrink an existing partition to make room for Vista.

You will need a product like Paragon Partition Manager, or Acronis Disk Director, or some other file system utility to do this.
