how can i change the language settings of my computer, i have windows vista
business the language is in chinese, i want to change it to english since i
am already in the states.. how can i do it?

You will have to upgrade your Chinese Vista Business to Chinese Vista
Ultimate.
THEN, download the English language Pack.
