Yes I know it sounds like a stupid question, but here goes..
I brought a LG XNOTE R200 off ebay, the seller told me it came with VISTA..
When I received it, it was running XP. ( I have tried to contact the seller
but he has disapaired off the face of the earth... I wonder why??). Anyway..
Underneath is the product key for VISTA. How can I install VISTA and use my
product key without having to go buy VISTA where Im just paying for a product
key????????
Please lead me in the right direction..

PLEASE HELP

Cheers.

It may have a recovery partition. Look in the list of drives for a partition
of around 10gb.

If it doesn't have one, try contacting LG for some means to get Vista back
onto it.

If LG won't help, you will either have to buy Vista or stick with XP.

Learn never to buy from EBay..

Call up LG helpdesk support to verify your purchases and ask for
exchange 1-1 with valid receipt.

Never say never.

I've bought from eBay for years without problem.

Stick to sellers with high ratings and a long history of selling.
