I'll assume your new computer has Vista installed?
Please tell us the make and model of the printer you are trying to use, and
the source of the drivers you are using. In many cases, printer
manufacturers did not provide Vista drivers for older models, forcing owners
to purchase new printers to use with Vista.

I'd use one of your replies as a model but:
Quoting the immortal words of MVP Gary VanderMolen (expressed to
you on June 28 after one of your outrageous answers):
"Mick, why not leave the troubleshooting to the experts?"
