| | | | ok, like i can download it as many times as i want, and i really need this to
work. It will let me download, but it never appears, or like shows up and i
cant find it when i search, and i think somethings wrong with my computer,
please help.

When you dowload it, where do you Save it to?
Have you tried saving the Skype .exe to your Desktop>double-click>install
from there?
