have had no problems with mine...don't know much about o'clocking so i don't fool with it......i do know i have no lag playing tiger woods golf online etc. and can burn dvd's, play music and whatever else i want to do all at the same time and it keeps humming along. the memory (DDR3) costs more then the processer which can hurt..

 i see the price hasn't come down since i got mine a few months ago also....
