hi everyone, when i open media center on vista ultimate sometimes it opens ok, but now and then it opens with tearing of image and graphical lines, howerver sometimes when i open media center it's all ok i can go to anything watch tv etc... but now and then does glitches cm up again and i cn't see anything from the menu it's really annoying.

does any1 hv a solution to this??

plz help..

Check that you have the latest video card drivers.

well unfortunately i haven't got a graphics card i got an onboard video mem and it's 64mb maybe it's coz of tht?? i would like to know for defenately tht it is the onboard not havin sufficient graphics mem.

Your on board video graphics still use drivers to function. It will simply be in the form of a chipset rather than a dedicated graphics card.

Most integrated graphics (on board graphics) are made by Intel: [url]http://downloadcenter.intel.com/[url]

You will need to find out which chipset you have. Intels website should be able to help you find out which chipset your using if you don't know how to find out yourself. Google may also help.

If after updating drivers still doesn't help, maybe try going into 'media center>tasks>settings>general>visual and sound effects' and turning off 'use transisitional effects'.
