Im currently operating on a Dell Dimension with Vista Home Premium on a multiple account system.  Soon after I installed WarCraftIII,   the screen started changing to a whiter contrast.   After about 20 seconds of being logged in, the whole desktop suddenly lightens in contrast, and all my photos become messed up.  This is a particular problem becuase my sister uses a picutre editor frequently, and cant adjust her photos correctly.   I insinuated that either re-setting the monitor settings or uninstalling WarCraft would fix the problem, but the problem still remains.

Is this a video card driver problem, or do I have to get a driver update or something?

Thanks,

k24

First thing to do is a system restore. Type 'system restore' in the start menu and press enter. Select a date before the problem started and follow the instructions. If it doesn't fix your problem, then the problem wont be software based but hardware based.
