Does anyone know if there is a way to manually adjust the video frame which is displayed as a thumbnail in video files?

It just takes the first viewable frame to display, if you wanted a specific image you would have to make a copy of whatever frame you wanted and tag it to the front end using whatever editing tool you use, sure it would be a quick flash of that frame out of place when you played it but it's the only way I can think of to do what you want. In fact I think I will try that myself, it would make the thumb more meaningfull, I'm glad you asked that.
