Just installed the Jericho demo which they say in the newsletter I got from them is at the moment exclusive to code M members (Codemasters).

Have to say it's lookin' pretty good, some of the visuals have  clearly been worked hard on and the ability to swap to any of the 3 team members is a lot easier than these things usually are, quite excited about this one, but I'll play the demo through until deciding about buying it, but on the little 10 min taster I have just had I think it's gonna be a must have on lots of peeps shopping list.

Clearly no issues with Vista.

again

I d/l'ed the ps3 demo, and didn't like it one bit. The 'hit buttons in sequence or die' I liked, but that was it. Everything is too dark, the monsters have all been done before, the setting is old news too, but worst part is character switching, all I want to do is have fun and kill enemys, not fart on switching between a long range sniper, medium range gunner, and short range samurai, which I found very difficult to use as the monsters always seem to be behind you. Nope, trying to merge a ghost recon game into something like deathtrap dungeon just doesn't seem to work for me.

At least they have given it a story, most games recently lack a gripping storyline.

Must admit my initial excitement wasn't long lived, I still think it's good for it's type but then I got HL2 EP2 yesterday, so I'm otherwise occupied right now, only a brief pause for the COD4 demo the graphics for which are............well you gotta see for yourself, I'm lucky in that I can have all the trimmings maxed out but I tried it on the default first which I thought was brilliant, later I find it was on med everything and low res, very good engine.
