| When I boot up my computer, after about 10 mins. there is an error box that pops up and says, "Alps pointer driver has stopped working, please close program" After that, I can't scroll using the touchpad anymore. I just got this new laptop and I have never had any problems with my desktop that uses XP, but this vista is really starting to erk me. Can anyone help me with this???
Why does everything have to be so complicated??? |

| If the laptop came with Vista preloaded, it was the seller's responsibility to confirm that all the devices work properly before they sold it to you. In that case, contact the seller, and arrange for a repair or a refund. If they were so sloppy as to not confirm something so simple as a touchpad working, there's no telling how much else is "wrong" with it.
