When I click on an e-mail address (a link) in an incoming message in order
to send an e-mail, it opens Word as my e-mail editor. How can I change this
to Outlook Express?

Thanks!

If OE is your default email client, it is in the settings for OE.
But how do you have OE on Vista?

Being as you don't have Outlook Express ... unless you're talking about
a computer other than the one you used to send this message. That sais,
try right clicking on IE/Internet Properties/Programs and see what is
designated as your default email program.

Sorry - I meant Windows Mail - I need that to be the default.

Go to "Start" - "Default Programs" - "Set your default programs".
highlight "Windows Mail", then click on "Choose defaults for this program".
click on "Select all" to make sure the MAILTO is selected
click on "Save"
