1 It's connected by VGA and HDMI - It should only be connected to one input only. Use either the VGA or HDMI to connect your computer to the screen.

3 And what does that mean? - As your monitor has more than one input, their must be a button either on the screen on in the menu to select which input to display. Make sure your selecting to use the input which your computer is connected to.

4 No. - Have you got another monitor which you can test your computer on?

Ok in ansewer to your question:

How is the computer attached to the monitor? VGA, DVI, HDMI?

Have you turned the monitor on and off from the power socket?

Does your monitor require you to manually cycle through inputs?

Have you tried your computer with a different monitor?

:ermm:Ok I tried that twice and it didn't work, and now I can't seem to turn off my computer! Anymore suggestions? Please help!!!:unsure:

You need to have the monitor turned on when the computer starts, not after Vista starts to load. So, if you're manually starting both the monitor and computer, start the monitor first, then start the computer.

Okay so i turn on my computer, with windows vista home premium, its all fine then when I turn on the monitor the monitor says:

No VGA Input

No HDMI Input

Then it just says "monitor going to sleep"

And its just the monitor thats asleep not the box thing. So how do i get it our of sleep on the monitor????:unsure:
