Make sure that the default location for downloads is Desktop. <BR>2. Find the specific update on the Microsoft webstie (you may find it <BR>easiest to write down the update number when the automatic <BR>installation starts). <BR>3. Download it; when the dialogue box pops up, check "save to disk". <BR>4. Recently, I tried updating my Vista, and upon doing so I got the 800B0100 error code. What should I do? Anybody have any suggestions? Already tried turning off the programs and everything... it says it's going to install them, but it can't find them. Is there a place I can just manually download?
