However hardly any came through. So I entered the name, e-mail address. However when I tried to send email through xcel, I had to type in the actual email address not the receivers name. (Never had to do this with outlook express.) So I deleted all of them and entered them again. When I entered them the second time, they came up using receivers name, but it also includes the old name, address which won't go through. They come back to me. I tried holding the mouse on them in the send to:, and pressing delete as it says, but that does NOT work. How can I just delete them and start fresh so that they don't come up two or three at a time when I type the name in send to? I am so frustrated with the operation, I could scream. Please help me.

Thanks,

Rita:

Getting Double Messages from Windows Mail User

Hello Group,
I have one customer who is using Windows Mail. Every email she sends me comes in twice. I am running XP Pro and use Incredimail. I have had her check to make sure I'm not in her address book twice and she says I'm not. No one else has reported to her that they are getting duplicate emails. This is not a biggie, but there should be a fix for this. Anybody have any ideas, I would certainly appreciate them.

Atocha

Inbox files deleted

Just today, my have slipped a little and may have hit something, but to deleted all my inbox files would take more than one accidental button push.
