This is not an installation problem.

I'm moving this to the Technical Support forum -- where you will find a variety of "pinned" posts on troubleshooting a variety of problems.

Also suggest you check out the Networking forum. There are suggestions there for turning off options that may improve your network experience.

Dell XPS 420

I bought this XPS 420 and it came with Vista, since then, games that worked fine on my old computer now freeze and lag when played online. I don't have wireless but i do have broadband. Can anyone help me and tell me what needs to be done to get this to stop? perhaps something to do with internet options or something , even my voice chats cuts out now almost all the time.
