The main reason those code have NOT been blacklisted is because they would disable hundreds of thousands of legitimate licenses.  Fixing that would require the generation of new codes (not a big deal) but what is much worse, the generation and installation of hundreds of thousands of BIOS updates worldwide -- by all the system vendors that changed their OEM codes.
