Did you install a version of DNS specifically for Vista? Or did you install an older version, hoping it would work in Vista? If it's an older version, and it came with XP-era drivers for the microphone, you would need to update the drivers for Vista.<br><br>Also, what does device manager show about the USB microphone?<br><br>Have you gone into Control Panel --> Speech Recognition Options, and tried to do the microphone setup in there?
