I didn't think you needed to do anything but reboot or run a gpupdate /force but I can't get a policy to work.

I'm trying to set a policy for non-admins to have a set background that they can't change. When I put the policy in place it doesn't do anything. The non-admin account still comes up with it's own background, which it can change. If I run a RSoP it shows the proper settings in place, but it just doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Any idea's?
