Tweak the built in RSS reader

i'm looking to make the "breakout box" when you click a headline to be a bit larger. namly the top "title" box. the rss i am subscribed to shows pictures for headlines, and these are chopped because of it.

if there is better rss reader someone has made, i will accept that as well.
