Vista`s BIIIG problem

Can somebody please help me? Vista is a great OS and everything. I love using it but all those questions it makes are a big problem to me: I insert a CD and it askes me do I want to run autorun ( OFCOURCE I WANT !!!!!!!!!!!! ), I want to run a program and it askes me to confirm to launch ( OFCOURSE I WANT!!!!!!!!!!!! ), I can`t even run some games before I confirm. PLEASE HELLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPP.
