Hi

When im in Vista and im running one program which uses sound everything runs fine, its when i have more than one program which uses sound in one way or another that the sound becomes static and echoey (hard to explain) so for example if i run Vent (communication program) and a game both programs sounds will have the problem. If i quit one of the programs then the sound returns to normal.

I have installed the DIVX x64 pack which has a bunch of codecs however im not sure if this is the problem. Has anyone else seem the same problem and if you fixed it could you give details

Thanks

Andy
