| How do I add an internet shotcut to the desktop in Vista?
It doesn't show any send to or other options when you right click the connection.
Little help?

| Its simple, when your on the page you want to shortcut, just click on yellow cross in the left top corner to add it to your favorites, then hit the yellow star next to it and hold and drag the favorite to the desktop.

| No, not a favorite.
I'm talking about the Shortcut, like you can get in XP, for the Internet Connection, from Network Connections. There's no way to right click the file and send it to desktop. My DSL service requires a login, so I can't have it autostart when I start vista, and loading the folder, and clicking, and waiting is too long.

| Oh I see, I read it wrong. When I want to make a shortcut to something like the C: I just right click it and hit "Create Shortcut" and then it give some message about how it cant create one here, and hit OK to put it on the desktop.

| I know, but that doesn't work in the Vista connections menu.
